Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of software development and digital design services, our refund policy is strictly defined to protect both our time and our clients' investments.

1. Custom Services

For custom software, web design, and consulting projects, payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. We bill according to milestones defined in your Statement of Work (SOW).

If you choose to terminate a project early, you will be billed only for the time and materials expended up to the point of cancellation, but any initial deposits are strictly non-refundable to cover initial discovery and resource allocation.

2. Digital Products

If we sell any standalone digital products (e.g., templates, assets), we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if the product is fundamentally flawed or does not work as described, provided you have contacted support to resolve the issue first.

3. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our services, we ask that you contact us immediately so we can address your concerns. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and will make reasonable efforts to rectify any issues within the scope of the original agreement.
