3. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software, is the property of floor one studio or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

4. Client Engagements

Specific terms regarding project scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed by both parties before work commences.

5. Limitation of Liability

floor one studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our services or for cost of procurement of substitute goods and services.
